Patients receive preventative healthcare services and acute care with many of TAUC’s medical capabilities, including the ability to perform X-rays, Ultrasounds, CT scans, IV hydration, a comprehensive variety of lab work, and place stitches.
Our Self Pay Bundles are a payment option designed to minimize cost in order to make quality healthcare obtainable without health insurance.
Total Access is dedicated to creating access to affordable healthcare for those without insurance and with high deductible health insurance plans.
Affordable Care Plans:

Affordable Care Plan 1 $150
Common Visit Reasons: Congestion, Sore throat, Fever, Rash, Eye pain.
Common Procedures: Provider Exam, In-house labs (Flu, Strep, RSV, Mono, UA, Urine Pregnancy, Glucose, Trichomoniasis, Bacterial Vaginosis), Up to two injectable medications, One nebulizer treatment, Oral medications. -
Affordable Care Plan 2 $250
Common Visit Reasons: Abscess drainage and packing change(s), Wound repair (stitches, staples, Steri Strips, Dermabond), Fractures, Sprains, Dislocations, Foreign body removal, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Headache.
Common Procedures: Provider Exam, X-rays, EKG, Laceration repair, IV Fluids, In-house labs (BMP, LFT, COVID Molecular Testing), Three or more injectable medications, Orthoglass Splinting, DME. -
Affordable Care Plan 3 $500
Common Visit Reasons: Abdominal pain, Head injury.
Common Procedures: Provider Exam, CT, Ultrasound.
Additional Service Fees:
The provider may determine a patient needs additional procedures or services beyond the ACP 1 or ACP 2 bundle plans. Patients who receive additional procedures or services from one one of the higher bundle plans will be responsible for the additional cost.
An additional charge could be incurred for drug screens, vaccines, physicals, and send-out labs.
Patients with send-out labs will receive a separate bill from our lab partner.
Rechecks:
Patients can return within 72 hours for a recheck of symptoms for $75.00. After 72 hours, the patient will pay the appropriate bundle rate.

How it Works
The Self-Pay Program is a payment option designed to minimize cost in order to make quality healthcare obtainable without health insurance. At Total Access, an affordable treatment plan is personalized for each individual. The standard facility fees of publicly owned hospitals are not charged, making a visit to Total Access the most affordable option for immediate medical care.
We welcome patients 365 days per year.
*If you need an ultrasound, please visit any location to be evaluated by a board-certified provider. Once evaluated, TAUC will schedule the ultrasound at the Rock Hill location.
