St. Louis, MO – Urgent Care Group (UCG) is pleased to announce the expansion of Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC ®) into Southern Illinois with the opening of two new centers in O’Fallon and Collinsville this month. This is the Missouri-based urgent care’s first venture into the neighboring state to provide fast, friendly, and affordable care to Illinois’ growing communities.
The new O’Fallon location, at 1103 Central Park Dr, O’Fallon, IL 62269, is now open every day. On February 25, 2025, Total Access Urgent Care will open in Collinsville, IL, located at 400 Beltline Rd, Collinsville, IL 62234. With the addition of the O’Fallon and Collinsville, IL center openings, Total Access will operate 29 urgent care centers. These centers will offer convenient, same-day care for patients with immediate medical needs from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days per week. Each center is equipped with diagnostic imaging, labs and bloodwork, occupational health services, and illness and injury care. Total Access is in network with all major insurances and offers affordable self-pay pricing options.
